“There are so many aspects that I love that I would have to highlight the four aspects I cherish most. The freedom and flexibility to set my own schedule, the wonderful people that I meet and the friendships that I develop, the opportunity to control my business, and the fact that I am getting up every morning to do something I truly love.”

Franchise Process & Investment

Our mutual evaluation involves a multi-step process designed to achieve the highest degree of match between franchise candidates and our business. Generally, the process takes 2-3 months from start to finish.

We begin by providing you with an initial information packet that includes a brochure and DVD. This information highlights the many aspects of our franchise opportunity. Once you have studied this information, and you determine that we might be a good fit with your goals and skills, simply return the one page form titled “Getting to Know You”.

Once we have reviewed the information on the “Getting To Know You” form, and if it meets our initial criteria, you can expect to receive a phone call from one of our marketing executives. Based on this conversation, we may then send you a second informational packet that includes our unique “Assessment Profile”. This one hundred question test covers everything from your general business savvy to distinct personality traits that we know have proven to enhance success among our franchise partners.

Based on the results of your Assessment Profile, which will be discussed with you via phone or e-mail, you may be invited to attend an Orientation at our Corporate Headquarters. (A schedule of upcoming Orientations can be found under “Upcoming Events”.)

We will request that you bring a decorating project with you when attending the Orientation. Your project will be reviewed by our staff and will provide us with valuable insight as to your natural decorating ability. The Orientation includes presentations by our CEO, COO, Vice Presidents and department heads and gives you a first hand overview of the many various and diverse aspects of our business, including our extensive training and owner support programs.

Following the formal presentations, you will have the opportunity for a personal interview with your marketing executive. This interview gives both of us a chance to discuss and answer any additional questions.

After the Orientation, the information you have presented will be reviewed by our Review & Selection Committee. If approved, you will be invited to speak with as many our franchise partners as you like. We know how important it is for you to do your own personal due diligence.

Once you have completed your investigation, we would be happy to provide you with a franchise agreement.

Once the approval process has been completed and your franchise agreement has been signed, you will immediately begin our 45 day Ready, Set, Go training program.
