Master Franchises, also referred to as master licenses, area development agreements, regional franchises, etc. are designed to enable a qualified person take on a franchisor's development rights for a defined geography, i.e. a city, a county, a state, etc.
These development rights include:
- Franchisee recruitment (sales and marketing)
- Leadership of existing and new franchisees within the defined territory.
Obviously DDSI teaches its Master Franchisees how to perform the tasks necessary to build their respective businesses.
And...these development rights are a re-salable asset!
Purpose
The purpose of this program is two-fold:
- To enable DDSI to build its business strongly throughout North America.
- To offer qualified individuals a notable business investment opportunity.
Candidate Qualifications
We have tough admission standards for those individuals who enter this program. Candidates must demonstrate:
- Strong desire to build a large business
- Outstanding interpersonal, goal setting, and motivational skills
- Prior leadership experience...in any field of endeavor
- Financial strength & family support, when applicable
Master Franchisee Responsibilities
In general, our master licensees must implement...
- An effective, productive franchise development program*
- A local franchise support program
- A regional management program
