Award-winning executive to head LIVV! Accessories for Decorating Den Interiors

Easton, MD - Linda Burzynski began her career in direct sales, went on to lead several franchise companies, served on the board of directors of the International Franchise Association, and has won numerous awards such as being named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001 by the Minorities and Women Division of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Most recently, she agreed to become executive director of LIVV! Accessories (www.livvhomeaccessories.com), the direct sales sister company of Decorating Den Interiors.

Accessories are sold by LIVV! Stylists at accessories parties held in homes, business locations or at organizational meetings.

Burzynski began her sales career with Creative Expressions as a part time sales consultant. She earned a position as a regional manager, where she recruited, trained and supervised 1700 independent sales consultants. Bugg recruited her to join Decorating Den Interiors in 1985 as a franchise sales executive. Bugg quickly recognized her good skills, her ability to award franchises, her superior recruiting and promoted her to senior vice president of franchise development. She subsequently served as senior vice president, retail and senior vice president, operations. The Bugg\Burzynski team led the company to significant growth in the US and Canada.

Burzynski then accepted a position as president and chief operating officer of Molly Maid, and led the company from $10 million a year in client revenues to $86 million in five years. She later served as chief executive of franchise company CMIT, also leading it to significant growth. Most recently, she has been president of The Franchise CEO Network and founder of VL Services, a franchise consulting service.

Burzynski is a member of the Enterprising Women Magazine Hall of Fame and a recipient of the International Franchise Association's Bonnie Levine Award, which is bestowed upon a female franchisor or franchisee who has contributed to the growth of franchising.
