She has been married for 36 years and has three children and seven grandchildren, and loves traveling and reading.
Reason for starting an interior decorating business:
Peggy started as a decorator for a franchise, and wasn't looking for a business, but she "got off to a very good start and it was the only thing to do."
What Peggy likes best about running her Decorating Den Interiors franchise:
"Being my own boss, taking pride in the work that I do with my clients, working with my husband as partner and daughter as office administrator."

"Being honored as Franchise Owner of the Year and taking over the regional manager position in 1999."
